AIA Australia, TAL and Zurich were the big winners at the recent Lifebroker Partner Awards.
At its inaugural insurance partner awards, Lifebroker celebrated the strong customer service provided by its life insurance partners and highlighted the outstanding efforts of TAL, AIA Australia and Zurich.
AIA Australia was awarded the 2016 Lifebroker Partner of Year for its high quality and efficient service for both Lifebroker and its clients, as well as its drive for innovation and improvement of products and services throughout the year.
TAL was awarded the Most Innovative Partner of the Year for its TAL Health Sense: Fit For Life program, which encourages Australians to think sensibly about their health through discounts on life insurance products based on a healthy lifestyle, delivered in a way which is simple and easy to understand.
Zurich was also recognised with the Most Progressive Partner Award, for its outstanding efforts over the year to build a stronger partnership with Lifebroker and improve the client experience.
Stewart Pender from AIA Australia was presented with the Business Development Manager of the Year award for his commitment and service to the Lifebroker team and its clients.
Alex Homer, General Manager of Lifebroker is highly impressed with the level of service received by Lifebroker’s insurance partners this year, particularly the award winners.
